- MASTER CLASS FROM CARLOS DE OLIVEIRA -

Unique, energetic and cheerful Brazilian chief cook Carlos de Oliveira one day taught us a lesson of  South American mood. Within 1,5 hours we found out that Brazilians are passionate fans of sweets, good alcohol, delicious potato and  bright lifestyle.
Carlos made some uncomplicated, at first sight, dishes, but amazed all of us with exceptional taste of familiar products, as it would seem.
As the result, the list of treating was enriched by: cooling drink based on vodka, sugar and lime; crispy Brazilian potato (it should be noticed that it is very delicious); banana in sauce of cinnamon and sugar; banana ice-cream.
Indeed, our project happened to be involved in this culinary Brazilian adventure with good reason. O, it was not for nothing…



















- WORLD FOOD FESTIVAL -

Recently World Food Festival was arranged in Moscow by the magazine “Vokrug Sveta” (Around the World).
Event was colorful and saturated: with master classes, dances, songs, culinary shows. Here were presented cookeries of all continents at quite available prices and in big assortments. We also had a look into this fount of world culinary diversity  and made some photos from memory.



- PUFFY PIZZA -



One warm spring day we were cooking aromatic thick pizza. There was divine aroma in the kitchen that did not left anyone of home tasters in indifferent condition. Here we are sharing with you this informal video-mood :)




- MASTER CLASS FROM MARGARITA CHECHELYAN: PETIT FOUR (with pear) -

First guest of our project became Margarita Chechelyan, wonderful cook and excellent person that agreed to carry out short master class.
One of the reasons for inviting particularly Margarita is her special approach to choice of products: fundamentally she uses only fresh and high-quality ingredients that are bought strictly in particular places and from time-proved suppliers.
During the process of master class Margarita in detail told about dish preparation and also narrated about some nuances that might be useful for many starter cooks.
So, for your attention here is presented pear petit four with mascarpone.
