But before becoming absorbed into articles, photos and video about our trip, we offer you to cook a simple dish that we got to know in the village where live “Georgian” Armenians. It is called PENILI.
It is cooked in the following way:
lavash and cheese should be put in layers, each layer after each. Then it should be coated with boiling water and 1 tablespoon of melted homemade butter should be added on top. That’s all. It is ready. Fast and delicious!
