This autumn is marked by study of  the culture of the Caucasus and Transcaucasia. Large series of articles devoted to our trip to Armenia and Georgia are forthcoming soon.
This topic will be closed by issuance of our online magazine.
But before becoming absorbed into articles, photos and video about our trip, we offer you to cook a simple dish that we got to know in the village where live “Georgian” Armenians. It is called PENILI.

It is cooked in the following way:
lavash and cheese should be put  in layers, each layer after each. Then it should be coated with boiling water and 1 tablespoon of  melted homemade butter should be added on top.
That’s all. It is ready. Fast and delicious!
